Preorder T&C

The Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing pre-order(s) (“Pre-Order”) for different Yamaha products which are exclusively and specifically arranged for the customers as the products are not available and/or are currently sold-out (“Products”) from yamahamusicstore.in. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms:

GENEREAL

• The Products available for Pre-Order are items that are such Products that are not available on regular basis on Yamaha Music Store and shall be exclusively and specifically arranged for the customers subject to payment made by the customers.
• Pre-Order is placing orders in advance which requires a full down payment from a customer interested in procuring the said item/Products.

PRE-ORDER RESERVATION

When placing a Pre-Order for Products on Yamaha Music Store, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information to Net Distribution Services Private Limited. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is up to date. Yamaha Music Store (Net Distribution Services Private Limited) shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.

PAYMENT

Full payment of Products is required to be made at the time of placing the Pre-Order. The payment will be made via the payment gateway available on  www.yamahamusicstore.in. By placing the Pre-Order, you give your express agreement to Yamaha Music Store of charging the full price of the Products at the time of placing Pre-Order.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation of Pre-Orders is not allowed by you, nor could it be exchanged for other products or services being rendered. All Pre-Orders are considered as sold.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

• All efforts will be made to make available the Product ordered by you in a limited time frame, however, Net Distribution Services does not guarantee on the time period within which the pre-order Products ordered by you will be available. It may take up to 180 days to deliver the pre-order Products and the said time period may get extended or reduced based on factors outside control of Net Distribution Service Limited. Information related to the same would be communicated to the customer based on availability of such information.

• Once the Products are received by Net Distribution Services Pvt Ltd., orders shall be shipped as within 24 to 48 hrs. to the customer address.

• Although the shipment of the Pre-Order Products is based on the shipping schedule of our selected courier, however, the same may get extended due to unforeseen or any natural circumstances. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate and the same is subject to change. Customers would be informed via email or call as per details shared while placing Pre-Order in case of delay. However, in the event of delay, we shall not be responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credit due to any such delay. 

• Pre-Orders are non-transferable: All Pre-Order made shall be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the Pre-Order details. No such requests of transfer will be considered to protect the privacy and security of our customers.
