A -Ordering at Yamaha Music India Store is easy. Just select the items you want & add them to your cart. Enter your shipping address and payment information before you proceed to payment.
A -You will need to register on the site to place an order.
A - Click on ‘My Account’, enter your username and the password and login to your account.
Click Account Information and change the displayed email address and save the record.
A - There are various benefits of creating an account on the Yamaha Music India Store; some of the benefits are marketing information on promotions and products, special offers to registered customers.
You will also not need to input the address for the new orders unless there is a change in address. You can also log in to review the order history of all the transactions done on that account.
A - Net distribution is The Authorized online e retailer of Yamaha Music India Store. Net distribution services Pvt Ltd is authorized by Yamaha Music to sell all its products.
A - You cannot place the order online and collect from the store. All orders placed online will be sent directly to the shipping address mentioned while placing the order.
A - Step 1: You will receive an order confirmation on Email and SMS on the registered email address and Phone Number.
Step 2: As soon as the order is shipped you will receive another email and SMS on your registered number with the tracking details.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can write to us on ymin.support@ndslindia.com with your order number for any clarification.
Yes, one can pay through net banking. You need to select net banking as an option on the checkout page and you will be redirected to the payment gateway. You will need to select net banking and the bank you wish to pay from and make the payment.
A - Yes, we offer an EMI option for ICICI Bank , Axis Bank, Kotak Mahindra and IndusInd Bank Credit Cards only for orders above Rs.3000/-. Kindly confirm the terms of conditions of EMI with your concerned bank before availing this option.
A - We don’t accept changes in the order once they are placed. However If changes are communicated within 24 hours, we might be able to make the change in the order or the address of delivery. These changes are at the sole discretion of Net Distribution Services.
A - There is no order cancellation facility available on Yamaha Music India Store. However, if you want to cancel the order within 2 hours after placing your order, kindly contact us on 022 - 68353149 (MON-SAT : 10am - 6pm) or drop us an email at ymin.support@ndslindia.com with your name, order number, order date and your mobile number. Our team will call you and confirm if your order can be cancelled.
A - Refunds are credited back to the same instrument which was debited. The process generally takes 7-14 working days depending on the bank and the gateway.
Yamaha Music does not have influence on the time lines except processing the refund. The refund will be credited back between 7-14 days after the processing or until your next billing cycle in case it’s a credit card.
You will receive email intimation from Yamaha Music about the processing of refund. You will need to then contact your bank or credit card issuer for refund status.
A - Once products are delivered to you as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. In case there is a manufacturing defect, then the product can be exchanged. In case of a manufacturing defect, please contact customer service within 48 hours from the time the product/s has been delivered to you.
A - All products shown on the web store are products in stock. In an exceptional case where the product ordered by you is out of stock, the same will be communicated to you within 72 hours and a refund will be processed immediately in case you wish to cancel the order.
A - We deliver across the country to over 12000 Pin codes. These deliveries are made through reputed courier companies. Since there is a constant addition of pin codes, the exact number might vary from time to time.
A - The general delivery timeline is 8-10 business days (Metro cities and Non Metro cities) depending on the delivery address pin code. Delivery timelines might extend.
The above delivery timelines differ for Jammu Kashmir and the North Eastern states of India
But, due to Covid 19, the delivery can take 10+ working days.
A - Deliveries are made through third party courier companies. All deliverable pin codes are pre populated in the backend.
Serviceable pin code (area) can be checked from any product page on Yamaha Music website.
The option is displayed on the right side of the product information.
In case the pin code (area) you live in is not a part of the serviceable list, an error message will be displayed.
A - Delivery is free for all orders across the country, above cart value of Rs: 4999/-

A - We use 3rd party courier companies for deliveries. Most Courier companies generally attempt 3 times to deliver the products. They also leave a note for a call back in case the door is unanswered. The courier company itself may leave an intimation for you or may call you to check for a time convenient to deliver, in case they don’t find you at home. Please contact the courier company at the earliest and give them a delivery time that will suit your schedule.
