Before ordering the Acoustic Piano, you have ensured:

• The product can enter through the main gates.
• You have taken necessary society, residential approvals for moving the products in the suggested address if required.
• In case the address of installation is not on ground floor, proper lifts are available to move the product to your location and any approvals as required are taken by you.
• Seller will contact and arrange delivery as per schedule, Installation would be provided from the seller. In case of any changes, information would be shared by seller/delivery partner.
• The floor is tough and build well enough to take the weight of the product (no responsibility would be taken in case of any floor damage).
• In case of delivery delays, information would be shared on priority.
