Beauty and operation excellence pair up to give you the Subwoofer NS-SW300. It introduces a new technology, Twisted Flare Port, that contributes to a clear and tight bass. The flared, gently twisting shape diffuses the vortex of air generated around the edge of the port and thus, creates a smooth flow of air. This results in clear, accurate, low frequency sound reproduction. Be it the sound of a live venue or sound effects in movie scenes, the multitudinous sounds are delivered with a bass that is tight and realistic.
The sound clarity is also taken care of by the Dual Feedback Circuit that reduces distortion by applying feedback twice. The built-in power amplifier delivers a stable power output of 250W and minimizes the power consumption along with heat production. It eliminates the need for an output filter coil, resulting in low noise and distortion.
The awesome deep bass is largely also due to the Advanced YST II (Yamaha Active Servo Technology II) that maintains excellent linearity, stability and increases the quality of sound.

Advanced YST II for Awesome Deep BassDeveloped by Yamaha, the Advanced YST II (Yamaha Active Servo Technology II) combines negative-impedance and constant-current principles to drive the speaker cone with even tighter control than the previous version. Using Advanced Negative Impedance Converter (ANIC) circuits, this system dynamically optimizes effective speaker impedance to maintain excellent linearity. This means more stable and accurate low range response, not to mention higher sound quality. |
